A NSKK (Nationalsozialistisches Kraftfahrkorps) Hoheitsabzeichen by RZM M1/63 - Steinhauer & Lück, Lüdenscheid. This piece would be worn on the lapel by NSKK members while in civilian clothing. It is constructed out of a die stamped aluminum alloy base that has been silver washed and black painted. The obverse features the NSKK emblem, which consists of an NSKK eagle, with out-stretched wings clutching a wreathed black mobile swastika within its talons, below a bannered “NSKK”. The full back reverse is maker marked “M1/63” and features a crimped on well working tombak pin, hinge and catch assembly. It measures 7/8 of an inch wide and tall. There is wear to the front. A nice piece!
