A Transitional - Model 1933 Sturmabteilung Dienstdolch by F.W. Höller Solingen – RZM M7/33. The blade on this one is rough. The acid etched “Alles für Deutschland” motto and dual “F.W. Höller Solingen”/”RZM M7/33” marker marks all remain visible. The blade rates VG/Exc. The tip is slightly bent and there are heavy scratches and age grey throughout. The steel based brown enamel painted undented scabbard has 97% of its original paint intact and it remains completely dent free! It shows age spidering throughout. The steel-based nickel-silver plated scabbard fittings retain the majority of their plating. The ball remains perfectly round and all four screws remain intact. The scabbard/crossguard fit is perfect! The zinc based plated crossguards look great. Minor plating loss towards the edges of the grip. The grained brown hardwood grip looks wonderful. The aluminum-based eagle has a perfect fit. It shows some dirt to its crevasses. The SA roundel retains 100% of its enamel and also has a perfect fit! A fine piece at a fine price!
