This is truly a beautiful quality example of a National War Flag! It is difficult to find large flags in good shape. This piece is constructed of a cotton base that has been stitched together and printed in the national colors: red, black and white. The obverse of the flag depicts an off centered mobile swastika on a white round backing, with four white and black lines running to its edges along with a black Iron Cross to the top hoist end and all lies on a red base. To the hoist end of the flag has a stitched on white reinforcing edge that has a rope running through the length of it, for easy mounting and dismounting. The white reinforcing edge has crisp black printed markings. There are also two separately applied reinforcing patches to the hoist corners. The top and bottom have six reinforcing stitches. The fly end of the flag has been folded over and also has six reinforcing stitches. There are a few we soil spots and 2 tiny holes, (smaller than a pencil eraser bottom). All of the stitching remains intact! If your anal this one's for you!
