Gendarmerie Protectorate Emblem Insignia 1939-45

Please note this item is no longer available and you were redirected to our Archives.

I believe it has something to do with the Czechoslovakian Government Army (also known as the Army of the Protectorate), the military force of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia during the German occupation of Czechoslovakia. I think it is a cap or sleeve insignia. It may have something to do with the Flemish Legion SS volunteer group. Potentially also something to do with the coat of arms Heidelberg or Mannheim. Czechoslovakia is my best guess. It came in with a veteran grouping. I am not 100% confident in what exactly this is so if you know please Contact us. It measures 2 7/8 inches wide by 1 15/16 inches tall.
