A rare and beautiful piece! It is constructed out of a machine embroidered silver flatwire and green cotton thread on a green rayon backing. The obverse features a centrally placed Land Customs eagle with outstretched and upswept wings clutching a wreathed mobile swastika in its talons, on a green rayon backing that is bordered to the top and bottom with chain link flatwire stitching. I can only see fold crevasses throughout. It measures approximately 1 ¼ inches tall by 17.5 inches long. A beautiful piece!
