Nice features on this one! The blade on this one looks excellent! The bright plated finish looks great giving it a mirror like finish that remains 98% intact. The stamped ?E. & F. Horster Solingen? maker mark is beautifully executed. The teeth on the saw back are in perfect condition! It also continues to hold a perfect fit and perfect tip! The blade rates an Exc++. The original leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel based black enamel painted looks great. It remains completely dent free and has 80% paint coverage remaining. The alloy based, nickel plated hilt is in great condition, with 95% plating still intact! This piece also has perfect diamond grip plates that are nicely fit without any damage and are secured by 2 untouched steel rivets. No cracks or chips anywhere. This piece also comes with a nice brown leather frog and correct portepee. A cool piece!
