A 1945 Polish Grunwald Badge 1945 - Bronze, illustrating an eagle sitting upon a knight's shield, inscribed "1410-1945 GRUNWALD BERLIN" with two downward-pointing swords below, 27.5 mm x 54 mm, screw-back. Footnote: The badge was established in 1945, to commemorate the victory over Germany and awarded to all Polish troops who fought for Berlin, fabricated by Z. Makowski of Warsaw. Included is an Award document dated 1973 and a miniature.
