Early 1st Pattern - Reichs Luftschutz Bund (RLB) Mitgliedsnade by August Enders AG of Oberrabmede. It is constructed out of a die struck nickel-silver base that has been silver washed and contains blue enamel work. The obverse features the 1st pattern RLB emblem, which consists of: “RLB” above a blue mobile swastika all on a silvered sunburst pattern. The full back reverse is maker marked “H. Schauenburg Pforzhiem” and patented “Ges. Gesch.”. It has a soldered on round plate and knurled stick pin. The face measures 1 inch wide and tall. The enamel is excellent and the silver wash looks beautiful!
