A textbook Model 1935 - Wehrmacht Heer Dolch by WKC (Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Cie.) of Solingen. Here we have a beautiful model 1935 Army dagger with an artificial ivory grip by WKC! The bright blade looks good! It shows nice crossgrain, retains a solid fit and ends at a sharp tip. The maker mark is stamped "WKC SOLINGEN". The blade rates Mint-. The leather washer remains intact. The dent free scabbard is steel based and nickel plated. It provides wonderful detail with the random pebbling throughout and hand enhanced oak leaf and acorn bands! The original throat retaining screw remains intact. The crossguard also provides beautiful details throughout the textbook "tomahawk" head, wings, wreath and chest! There is some plating loss to the reverse. The pommel and ferrule are also beautifully detailed with proud oak leaves and acorns! The white artificial ivory grip is the nice feature of this piece! It has a few hairlines to the center but that's it. If you've been looking for one of these now's your chance!
