A Model 1933 Hitlerjugend Fahrtenmesser by RZM M7/27 - Puma of Solingen. The blade on this one has lots of age and has been sharpened. It has a solid fit and the RZM maker mark to the reverse of the riccasso is beautifully executed! The leather buffer pad is lost. The black painted scabbard has some paint loss and scratches throughout and an impression to the lower reverse. The scabbard leather is dry and hard. The very tip of the closure button leather is missing and this leather is going to break unless you are carful with it. i always ship these tings with the snap open and suggest you not mess with this. You will break it. You just need to take care with this and it and it'll be fine. The snap does work well! The nickel plated hilt on this one has plating loss likely 40% remains. The black checkered celluloid grip plates look excellent! No cracks, chips or splits anywhere. The HJ diamond retains all of its enamel and also has a perfect fit.
