Extraseitengewehr by WKC of Solingen. Here's a good example just in from an advanced collection. Blade is a plated example with no sharpening. It shows some scratches and the odd dot of age but that's it! The buffer is intact. Rates Exc++. It is correctly stamped with the WKC under a knight maker mark. Scabbard has wear, oxidizing and a dent to the obverse. The dent in no way affects the blade motion. Perfect diamond grip plates are nicely fit without any damage and secured with unmessed with nickel rivets. No cracks or chips anywhere. The nickel plated hilt retains 98% of factory plating with a red wool plug in the mortise slot. A stiff LBA 1939 marked frog is included.
