Seitengewehr. The blade on this one is bright and reasonably clean. There are a few stains and light sharpening. It has a solid fit and sharp tip! The reverse is maker marked and the spine correctly proofed 1915. The blade rates Exc+. The anodized scabbard has light wear with several small hits and pressure marks throughout. The throat retaining screw is lost. The grooved hardwood grip plates show wear and use. They are secured with spanner bolts. The button works well. The whole piece matches in age and patina. A great example!
