A Model 1933 Sturmabteilung Dienstdolch by F. Dick of Solingen. The bright blade on this one is a real beauty! The acid etched "Alles fur Deutschland" motto and "F. Dick" maker mark are both beautifully executed! They remain dark and crisp, providing a wonderful contrast to the bright blade! The fit and tip are both perfect! The crossgrain is stunning against the light! The blade rates a solid NM. The brown anodized scabbard looks great! It remains completely dent free and retain 10%+ lacquer. There are some surface oxidization spots throughout. The solid nickel fittings look excellent! The ball remains perfectly round and all four screws remain intact! The scabbard / crossguard fit is near perfect. The solid nickel crossguards look excellent as well, matching the scabbard fittings in color and age patina! The reverse of the lower crossguard is gau stamped: "Wm" (Westmark). The brown multi-toned lacquered hardwood grip is in excellent condition! It has a few pressure marks and a microscopic hairline north of the roundel. The solid nickel eagle is worn and has a perfect fit! The SA roundel has 100% of its enamel and also has a perfect fit! A beauty example with some excellent features!
