Looking for a beauty RLB dagger? Well this piece has just about everything you want! The bright blade on this one looks awesome! The crossgrain is stunning in the light and runs the full length of the blade. The fit is nice and tight, the tip comes to a perfectly sharp point! The dark and crisp, acid etched maker mark is beautifully executed which is rare as Kroneck is notorious for having light etches. It's been cleaned but certainly rates an Exc++. There is only a wee bit of age. The original black pebbled buffer pad remains intact. The black enameled painted scabbard is in nice condition! It retains 99% paint coverage and remains completely dent free! All three scabbard screws remain intact. All of the plated nickel fittings have nice matching patina and are in good condition! The lower does have some scratches and age. The art-deco eagle crossguard retains beautiful details throughout its wings and the swastika in its talons! The black wood grip is in beautiful condition!!! It is so hard to find them like this with no cracks, chips or flakes! The pommel does have some plating loss/lifting. It has the properly pinned swastika with 80% of its enamel still in place. The factory enamel usually did not stand up on these! The black leather, hanger on this one is in great shape! Nice leather and a well working with an Assmann marked plated clip! A beautiful example!
