Kinder Aufs Land 1934 Tinnie
Here we have a donation tinnie for contributions to a fund bringing city kids to a country vacation camp. The round tinnie is constructed out of a die stamped tombak base that has been bronze washed. The obverse depicts a man holding two children's hands (a boy to his right a girl to his left), above "1934 Kinder Aufs Land" (1934 Children To The Country), all surrounded by rays. The hollow back reverse has a horizontally soldered on, well working, tombak pin assembly. It measures approximately 1 1/4 inches diameter. A neat piece at the right price!
