Woman's Sympathizer Bracelet

Woman's NSDAP sympathizer bracelet. Features a center symbol with 17 inlaid stones the center being red. The bracelet itself is elastic with inner springs, one of which is broken, to the left of the roundel. There is also one reverse cap missing. I see no maker marks and assume this is costume jeweler of the period. There is also a chance this could be 1920's US good luck bracelet.
