A great, personalized and rare SA dagger! The blade on this one looks excellent! The fit is nice and tight and the tip comes to a perfectly sharp point. The dark and crisp, acid etched "Alles fur Deutschland" motto and ?Herbeck & Meyer Solingen-Hohscheid? maker mark are both beautifully executed! The blade rates a solid Exc++. It has some age grey and spotting throughout. The brown anodized scabbard looks excellent as well! The scabbard body shows little wear, remains completely dent free and still shows evidence of original lacquer! The solid nickel scabbard fittings are in great condition! They show a bit of scratching and hits yet remain nice and bright matching the crossguards in color and wear. The ball remains perfectly round and all four screws remain intact and unturned! The scabbard / crossguard fit is perfect as the dagger slides in with a snap! The solid nickel crossguards are in excellent condition. The reverse of the lower crossguard is Gau stamped "No" (Nordmark). That crossguard is also hand etched and lightly personalized! The grip / crossguard fits are excellent! The brown hardwood grip has a soft finish and looks awesome! There are a few bruises but no chips, cracks or splits! The solid nickel eagle is beautifully detailed. The SA roundel retains 85% of its enamel and has a perfect fit! This piece also comes with an RZM hanger that is marked on the leather and clip! Overall this piece is an excellent example and one you can't go wrong on!
