Here we have a Social Welfare Dress Dagger. The blade on this one looks good. It retains a nice bright finish with a tight fit and a sharp tip! The blade rates Exc+/Exc++. It has some age greying and scratches throughout. The original leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel plated pebbled scabbard looks excellent! It has a nice bright finish with 99% plating coverage. It continues to have both of its throat retaining screws and remains completely dent free! The runners are a bit loose. The plated crossguard and pommel look great matching the scabbard in color and age, with 99% plating coverage. The pommel nut has some stripping, which is quite common on these. The Red Cross eagle emblem has beautiful detail and has nice vaulting to the swastika on the bird’s chest. The yellow trylon grip is perfect! They don’t get much better than this. Overall this is a outstanding frosty example and one that you will be proud to have in your collection!
