Here's a solid example! The bright blade on this one looks great! The dark and crisp acid etched "Alles fur Deutschland" motto and "RZM M7/80" (Gustav C. Spitzer) maker mark are both beautifully executed! The crossgrain is stunning running the full length of the blade! The fit remains nice and tight and the tip comes to a perfect point! The blade rates an Exc+/Exc++. There is obvious spotting throughout. The black painted scabbard looks good! The paint retains about 90% coverage, with some spidering and spotting throughout. The plated scabbard fittings look great retaining 99% coverage. It continues to remain completely dent free! The ball remains round and all four screws remaining intact! The crossguards retain about 50% of their plating. The light brown hardwood grip looks excellent! A few pressure marks but no chips, cracks or splits! The solid nickel eagle retains beautiful details and has a perfect fit. The SA roundel also has a perfect fit and retains 100% of its enamel! An excellent quality example by Spitzer!
