A rare piece awarded for 100+ combat missions by G.H. Osang (the most abundant maker of fight clasps)! It is made of a two piece, die struck, alloy/steel base that has been gold washed and blackened. The obverse depicts two centrally placed blackened steel crossed broad swords that are surrounded by a laurel leaf wreath, above a static swastika, with nine oak leaves to each side. The reverse is correctly maker marked "G.H. Osang Dresden". It also shows the correct; steel round plate flat wire catch, soldered block hinge and steel coke bottle pin. It has the correct width (77mm), height (26mm) and weight (16.2g). The front displays wonderful detail and blackening to the swords. It also holds super gold gilt that shines beautifully throughout!
