Here's a nice example of an NSDAP Women’s Welfare Membership Pin! It is constructed out of die struck alloy base that has been silver washed and contains black and red enamel work. The obverse of the downward pointing triangular shaped pin depicts a centrally placed Leben-Life-Rune, below a sun wheel swastika, which is all on a black backing and is below “Deutsches Frauenwerk” (German female factory) in red. The back reads “RZM M1/13” (L. Christian Lauer, Nürmberg). It has a soldered round plate nickel well working pin to the back. The enamel work looks excellent 100% intact! It shows nice age toning. The pin measures approximately 1 ¼ inches high by 1 inch wide. A complimentary piece for your collection!
