Here we have an album/portfolio of drawings by the German artist Walter Gotshke. Gotschke was a PK artist who is known for his automobile race paintings. This 13 ¼ by 10 ¼ inch album contains six 8 by 6 inch prints, 4 water colored, 2 charcoal/pencil sketches. The cover attempts to show the link between the Grenadiers of Frederick the Great's time and that of the German soldier of the day. The interior drawings all show different Russian front scenes with Panzer tanks and men fighting.
