NSDAP 25yr Long Service Award by Deumer

Extremely rare and hard to find, this one came out of an old California collection. Here we have a three-piece, tombac, die struck, enamelled and gilded NSDAP 25 year Long Service Award. The obverse depicts a white enamel cross with sunbursts to each corner, and a centrally placed NSDAP eagle with outstretched wings clutching a wreathed swastika within its talons, in front of a laurel leaf wreath. The reverse is a mirror image of the front, but in place of the eagle it reads: "Treue fur Führer und Volk" (Loyalty to Leader and People). It comes with approximately 4 inches of ribbon. 99% of the gilt wash still remains intact! The enamel remains in excellent condition. Ok spent some time researching this award. These heavy Deumers with the die flaw are questioned by some, however there is a very strong case that these are original war-time production and these have been Vet purchased.
