Polish Navy "Marynarka Wojenna" Cap Talley

Poland Cap Talley. It is constructed out of a black rayon base with machine stitched gold/yellow cotton thread. The obverse reads: "Marynarka Wojenna" on a black base. It has two cut off edges. The top and bottom have re-enforced stitching. One piece is ripped off. It measures approximately 23 ¾ inches long by 1 3/16 inches wide. It is in rough condition.
