DJV Hunting Vehicle ID Pennant

Here we have a Post-War German Hunting Federation DJV (Deutscher Jagdverband) Vehicle ID Pennant. It is constructed out of a green and white cotton base with a rayon emblem and a round brass wire hoist piece that holds two steel plated clips. The triangular shaped obverse features the German Hunting Federation emblem, which consists of; a buck’s skull with a wreathed “DJV” (Deutscher Jagdverband) inside of its antlers all in black and white rayon stitching. The emblem lies on a green base that has stitching to the exterior and re-enforced stitching towards the fly end. The reverse shows the same image as the obverse. All of the stitching remains intact and both clips continue to work well. It has minor age soilage throughout. It continues to hold nice color! It measures 12 inches long by 8 ¼ inches tall. A great piece that will be easy to display!
