NSDAP National Eagle Lapel Pin

A neat NSDAP Hoheitsabzeichen piece! It is constructed out of a die struck nickel-alloy base that has been silver washed and blackened. The obverse depicts a German National Eagle with outstretched wings clutching a wreathed mobile swastika (that is above a pebbled blackened background) in its talons. The full back reverse is maker marked "RZM M1/72" (Fritz Zimmermann, Stuttgart) and has a button hole device to the back. It measures approximately 1 inch wide by ¾ of an inch. Nice detail!
