M31 Canteen 1938

Here's a standard issued M31 Canteen and Cup. The canteen is made out of a steel base with a brown/olive felt covering that is secured with four decorative buttons. The strap is made out of a blackened crazed leather and is stitched to the covering. The twist on lid is also made of bakelite. There is no cup. There is some mothing wear to the exterior cover. The clip works well. A fine piece!
