Treue um Treue Saar 1935 Tinnie

Here’s a neat little tinnie! It is constructed out of a die stamped steel base that has been silver/broze washed. The oval shaped obverse depicts two men shaking hands in front of some waves and below a closed winged eagle. To either side of the men and eagle is an oak leaf motif. To the bottom it reads “Saar 1935” and to the top is a bannered “Treue um Treue” (Loyalty to Loyalty). The hollow back reverse shows a vertically soldered on well working tombak pin. It measures approximately 1 1/16 inches wide by 1 ½ inches tall. Great detail and condition!
