Beauty Transitional Hitler Youth Dagger by Holler
I loved the crisp maker mark on this one!! The blade is in wonderful condition! The dark and crisp acid etched "Blut und Ehre!" motto and "F.W. Holler Solingen RZM M.7/33 36." maker mark are both beautifully executed! The fit is nice and tight, the tip comes to a perfect point. The crossgrain also looks wonderful and can be seen the full length of the blade! The blade rates an easy Exc++/NM. It shows a few dots of age spots, but that's it! I've not tried to clean this. The brown leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel based black anodized scabbard is in excellent shape! It also continues to remain completely dent free! The brown scabbard leather remains in excellent shape! All of its rivets intact and the button continues to work well! The steel based nickel-silver plated hilt is in excellent shape, with 98% of its plating still intact! The black bakelite checkered grip plates are tightly secured and in perfect condition! The HJ diamond retains 100%+ of its enamel, and for those of you who always ask, yes it rocks ever so slightly! This is an excellent piece with an excellent blade!!
