RADwJ Service Commemorative Badge

Here we have a silver commemorative/rank Erinnerungsbrosche. This was awarded to women between the ages of 21 and 35 who had passed their tests and gave honorable service to the RADwJ. It is constructed out of an injection molded zinc-alloy base that has been silver washed and black burnished. The oval shaped obverse depicts the RADwJ logo (a mobile swastika above two sheaths of wheat), surrounded by a decorative circular lined pattern, which is again surrounded by (and bordered in) a decorative twisted rope coil patterns, all above a pebbled backing. The semi-hollow reverse is marked "RADJ". It also has a well working horizontally placed rectangular plate pin assembly to the reverse. It measures approximately 1 11/16 inches wide by 1 5/16 inches tall. A great RADwJ piece, collect them all!
