An early cloth SS Armband! To this armband we have; a stitched on black two-piece ribbed rayon swastika on a white rayon roundel, which is stitched to a red wool backing with two stitched on black horizontal rayon borders one to the top and bottom. The reverse is stitched to size. The interior shows the red wool base along with the stitching that holds the two border strips and roundel. It is in wonderful condition with no mothing holes or soilage. It measures approximately 6 inches wide by 5 inches tall.
