A completely matching Eickhorn Army Dagger! The blade on this one is stunning! It has a dark and crisp acid etched "Original Eickhorn Solingen" maker mark! The crossgrain is easily visible from hilt to tip. The tip comes to perfect point and the fit is nice and tight! The blade rates an easy NM/Mint-. It has the common runner marks. The leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel based and nickel-silver plated scabbard looks excellent. It provides wonderful detail with the random pebbling and hand enhanced oak leaves and acorn bands. It continues to remain completely dent free. The original, more efficient single, single throat retaining screw remains intact. The zinc-alloy based, nickel-silver plated eagle crossguard also provides crisp details throughout the head, wings, wreath and chest! The pommel and ferrule are also beautifully detailed with proud oak leaves and acorns! The celluloid over plaster grip is near perfect! This one comes with the correct portepee. A beautiful example!
