Two Piece Heer Medal Bar

Here we have a two piece medal bar for an Army Four Year Long Service Medal (Wehrmacht-Dienstauszeichnung) and a 1 October 1938 Sudetenland Commemorative Medal (Die Medaille zur Erinnerung an den 1. Oktober 1938). It is constructed out of a steel base that has been green painted and is covered in the appropriate colored rayon ribbon to the obverse. The long service ribbon has the correct pinned on Heer eagle emblem. The reverse shows a well working steel pin, hinge and catch assembly. It measures approximately 2 inches wide by ¾ of an inch tall. A great assembly!
