Orts Level Political Leader armband

This political armband is in excellent condition! The armband is machine woven in red wool, the edges are outlined in blue (ORTS Level) rayon piping. The center features a back ribbed rayon swas. correctly sewn onto a ribbed rayon roundel. There is a minor amount of wear. Very nice example.
