Here we have a NSKK (Nationalsozialistisches Kraftfahrkorps) EM/NCO Belt and Buckle. The buckle is constructed out of a two piece die stamped/struck brass base that has been silver plated. The obverse roundel depicts an open winged SA/NSKK eagle griping a wreathed mobile swastika in its talons on a smooth round background. The eagle is above a half oak leaf and acorn wreath that is tied together at the bottom and is all in front of a decorative line type pattern which is encircled by two twisted ropes. The roundel lies on a smooth rectangular background. The reverse shows two solder marks holding the roundel in place, and integral catch and steel plated prongs. The obverse plating remains 85% intact. It measures approximately 2 ½ inches wide by 1 7/8 inches high. Attached to the buckle is a 1st pattern 40 1/4 inch brown leather belt. It features a peened on plated steel hook to the one end and two stitched on 14 hole punched tongue to the other. The one tongue is marked “73”. The leather is in excellent condition! A nice NSKK belt and buckle!
