A quality piece at a price reasonable for any etched weapon collector! The plated blade on this one looks excellent! The plating gives it a clean mirror like finish. The reverse clearly displays the crisp stamped maker mark. The tip comes to a perfectly sharp point and the fit is solid! The blade rates Exc++/NM! There are minor surface scratches and minimal spotting throughout. The brown leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel based black enamel painted scabbard shows spidering and paint loss yet continues to hold 90% coverage and remains completely dent free! The original throat retaining screw remains intact and the ball is perfectly round. The zinc-alloy based, nickel-silver plated hilt looks great! It shows minor plating loss yet holds 99% coverage and has a nice bright finish! The black checkered bakelite grip plates are perfect! They are tightly secured to the hilt with two nickle rivets. The button continues to work well! A great piece!
