A lot of history into this Catholic “Coeur Sacre de Jesus” Sacred Heart. This small flag is constructed out of three pieces of cotton (blue/white/red) with a machine embroidered script and Sacred Heart emblem. The rectangular shaped obverse features the flag of France with “Coeur Sacre de Jesus” the Scared Heart emblem and “Espoir et salut de la France” to the center portion, with a tied on charm to the top and a stitched on Sacred Heart patch of to the blue-left portion. There are two blue white and red hoist strings and two smaller ones to attach charms the top. It measures approximately 5 ½ inches wide by 5 inches tall. Age fading. A neat piece!
