Here we have a Navy Clerical EM Career Sleeve Insignia (Schreiber Laufbahnabzeichen)! The base color of the insignia was to match the color of the uniform it was worn on. It depicts two blue machine embroidered crossed feathers on a white cotton backing with a stitched on exterior border. IIt measures approximately 2 1/4 inches wide by 2 1/4 inches tall. A nice one!
