Hitler Youth Clothing Diamond

Here we have a Hitler Youth / BDM clothing diamond purchased from a Veteran estate. It is constructed out of a white rayon base with white, red and black machine embroidered cotton stitching. The rectangular shaped obverse depicts a Hitler Youth logo which consists of; a black mobile swastika above a white square diamond which is surrounded by alternating white and red quadrants all within a rhomboid shaped diamond and has "Ges. Gesch" in red to the bottom all above a white base. The back continues to hold traces of the RZM tag. The top and bottom edges have been cut off. There is soil and remnants of glue from where this badge was removed from the Vet's scrapbook. It measures approximately 4 3/4 inches tall by 2 7/16 inches wide.
