Here we have an Inner Mission Volkstag Tinnie by H. Aurich 1934. This would have been given to donors during the April 14th and 15th collection in 1934. It is constructed out of a die stamped steel base that has been enamel painted. The shield shaped obverse features a black Inner Mission emblem (Christian Cross with an “m” going through the top arms) above an orange outline of the German country and reads: “14. u. 15 April Volkstag Der Inneren Mission”. The hollow back reverse is maker marked: “Metall W ‐ Fabr Herm. Aurich Dresden ‐ A. 16.” and has a crimped on well working pin assembly to the top. It measures approximately 1 ¼ inches tall by 13/16 of an inch wide. Neat!
