Here we have a Navy Corproral Rank Chevron (Kriegsmarine Hauptgefreiter Armwinkel). Worn on the left upper sleeve. The base color of the insignia was to match the color of the uniform it was worn on. It is constructed out of three blue rayon thread on a downward pointing white cotton base. It measures approximately 4 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches tall. Nice!
