Wow, this one's nice! The blade on this one is excellent! The dark and crisp acid etched "Alles für Deutschland" motto and "RZM M7/19 1938" (Edward Wüsthof Dreizackwerk, Solingen) maker mark are both beautifully executed! The crossgrain is beautiful and can be seen the full length of the blade! The tip is perfect as is the fit! The blade rates an easy NM. It has just a bit of age. The steel based brown enamel painted scabbard has 99%+ of its original paint still intact! It has a dent 2" north of the reverse lower fitting. The nickel plated scabbard fittings show minor spotting wear, yet retains 99%+ of its plating. The ball remains perfectly round and all four screws remain intact. The scabbard/crossguard fit is perfect and closes with a snap! The nickel-silver plated crossguards are in wonderful shape, retaining 99%+ of their plating! The light brown hardwood grip is in excellent condition! Minor surface scratches/pressure marks but that's it! No cracks, chips or splits. The eagle is the later plated type that has some plating loss revealing the copper base, it sits perfectly in the grip. The SA roundel retains 99%+ of its enamel and also has a perfect fit! Included is a worn 2 piece hanger. A beautiful example that you will be proud to own!
