Here's a bargain from the Vet's family! The blade has some evidence of sharpening and scuffs. The acid etched "Alles fur Deutschland" motto and "RZM M7/42" maker mark are darkly executed. The brown painted scabbard has spidering and the paint is retained at 99%. The steel nickel plated fittings all have matching nicotine patina and the scabbard ring is lost to time. All four screws remain intact and the ball retains its original round shape. The scabbard/crossguard fit is perfect and closes with a snap! The zinc nickel plated crossguards retain good plating. The crack and chip-free grip has an aluminum eagle. The SA roundel retains 99% of its enamel. Shoot guys I see people parting these things out for more on EBay! By no means is it perfect, but find one that's at a better price!
