Here we have a combat worn example of a Double Decal M35 Army Helmet by EF66. The shell is constructed out of a stamped piece of steel sheet metal with textbook EF dark-green paint. The shell has a folded over edge, separately inserted air vents and three split rivets. Nice set of EF decals showing wear and use consistent with the shell. The interior has aluminum construction liner with two squared rings. The interior liner and chin strap are made of tan brown leather. All but one of the interior leather fingers, remain intact. The draw-string is lost to time. The seam is separated. The aluminum buckle works well. The helmet is batch marked "13198" to the back and is also maker marked and sized "EF66" (Emaillerwerk AG, Fulda).
