Here's a tough dagger to find, and a tougher one to buy, reproductions abound! The mid period blade is NM example with stunning crossgrain intact. The brown leather blade buffer is in place. Correct Eickhorn aluminium cast fittings are in great shape retaining 100% of plating. Yes, the textbook casting flaw is evident to the left "wing". The pommel is the correct with a sunwheel swas. to the top. The grip is perfect black beauty that is chip and crack free, there is some period "hand-dirt" to the inside of the grooves. The plated scabbard with the correct "brushed" plating is straight and true. Overall 99.9% of plating is intact. The throat is fairly thick and is correctly retained by a single unturned reverse screw. Really proud to be able to bring this beauty to the collector market.
