Here's a solid example of a Red Cross EM Dagger right from the Vet's family! The bright blade on this one looks great! The crossgrain is easily visible and the teeth on the saw back are in near perfect condition! To the reverse of the blade is nicely stamped "GES. GESCHUTZT", just behind the crossguard. It has a nice solid fit to it as well. The blade rates an Exc+/Exc++. It shows the common age greying and spotting throughout. The leather washer is tightly in place. The steel based, black enamel painted scabbard retains 96% paint coverage and it remains completely dent free! It shows some age sidering throughout. The nickel plated scabbard fittings look great! They retain 90% plating coverage and match the hilt fittings in color and age. All four screws remain tightly secured and intact. The alloy based nickel plated hilt looks great matching the scabbard in color and wear. The medallion on the crossguard has fine vaulting to the swastika on the bird's chest and the cross in its talons. The correct grip plates are in perfect condition! They are tightly secured by two steel screws. Overall this is a solid example! Pick it up today!
