A NSDAP Gau Frankentag & Hesselberg Day Badge 1935. It is constructed out of a stamped steel base that has been silver washed and burnished. The obverse depicts an eagle perched behind a flame and above a small stagnant swastika and “Frankentag Hesselberg 1935 NSDAP Gau Franken”. The hollow back reverse has a vertically soldered on, well working nickel-silver pin assembly. It measures approximately 1 3/8 inches wide by 2 1/8 inches tall. A good find!
