Love it when I can buy my own stuff back! Remember guys there is no suppliers in this business and the only way I get stuff is from people just like you, so if you ever want to sell anything back to me I am always buying. Purchased this in early 2010 sold it to a collector and am now buying it back. round and round it goes. I've already described it:
"Love these pieces that have never been apart! Blade is a bright example with some light runner marks. It has been cleaned and there are a few age dots next to the crossguard. Crisp motto is well executed but a bit lightened from a cleaning. Fine crossgrain remains. The blade rates an Exc+. Scabbard body is period painted black, (as all early NSKK’s should be). No dents and I would say 100% of paint remains. The fittings show light period wear but the ball is perfect. The fittings retain all their screws. Chunky ligh hardwood handle displays nice grain. No chips just a few small marks from normal wear. Eagle is perfect and roundel retains 100% of enamel. The handle shoulders and radii nicely fit the solid nickel guards. The crossguard is stamped. “Th”. Blade is perfectly set into the crossguard. All the patina matches everywhere. All the fits are all there, and as I said previously, never been apart! Overall Exc+/Exc++"
