Here's a piece by Hugo Linder C.W. Sohn. The blade on this one is pretty decent. It has age and witness marks from where the runners have rested for the past 75 years. The tip has the tiniest bend to it, like 1mm at the very tip. The edges are not nicked and smooth. Some crossgrain remains. The blade rates an Exc/Exc+. The scabbard is nice with lots of lacquer and remains dent-free. The solid nickel fittings have nicely patinaed with age and remain in nice shape. The ball is perfect. The solid nickel crossguards have also nicely patinaed with age and remain in excellent condition. The reverse of the lower fitting is stamped "Wf". The brown hard wood grip is chip and crack-free. The eagle is solid nickel. This is a decent example at a good price.
