Dienstauszeichnung der NSDAP 3.Stufe Gold by (RZM M11/19) Wilhelm Deumer of Lüdenscheid. A cross constructed of bronze gilt, with white enameled arms, and with gilt sun rays between the arms of the cross; the obverse with a central white enameled medallion bearing a national eagle superimposed on the award, clutching a mobile wreathed swastika, all within a wreath; the reverse with a similar central white enameled medallion, inscribed “Treue für Führer und Volk” (German - Loyalty for the Leader and the People); on a loop for suspension, marked “19”. Approximately 42.19 mm x 42.03 mm; weighing 23.7 grams; with original ribbon.
